Wednesday 👨 Our action-packed session kick-started with Busy Joe’s button-pushing story in the song HELLO, MY NAME IS JOE. This catchy tune had us all defying gravity while pushing buttons with our hands, legs, head and tongues! 💃 After welcoming everyone we had a fantastic Dance Warm-Up with toe-tapping Indian beats and let me tell you, some of the moves were outstanding and full of joy! Saturday 7 November This week's Saturday session We enjoyed another ENORMOUS play session on Saturday - with 28 families joining us! 🐶 🐅🦋 After an energetic dancing warm up and a lovely stretch, we met all kinds of animals in the FUNKY CHICKEN! Queen & Faly’s Dying Fly, Miracle & Michelle's Silly Monkey, Junior's Funky Tiger, Arshiyan's Flying Fish, Affan's Fat Tiger, Fateh Kamila & Saif's Funky Dog, Anaya & Ayesha's Funny Parrot, Adesire's Funny Butterfly, Aroush's Cat and Iona’s Sneaky Sparrow... Woweee! What amazing animals you came up with! 🚢 🏴‍☠️ We then boarded a mighty PIRATE ship - and met lots of captains! Saturday 24 October 2020 What a happy, energetic and exuberant session we had on Saturday! We learned new ways to say hello, stirred autumn leaves and honey together to make a great big cake - and we went inside a fairytale book in our game of MAGIC BALL! ⭐ In our new HELLO GAME, we learned how to say hello in four new languages - we can’t wait to learn even more next week! 👋🏾 Yoruba - Bawoni 👋🏿 Urdu - As-salaam 'alykum 👋🏻 Arabic - Marhaba 👋🏾 Wolof - As-salaam 'alykum 🎂Then, we dressed up marvellously as bakers for LET'S BAKE A CAKE! We thought it was last week... but this Saturday really was our BIGGEST SESSION EVER! 37 families joined us for a brilliant and very exciting morning! In the FUNKY CHICKEN we all came up with brilliant animals! Michris’s Funky Dog 🐕 , Leslie’s Dying Fly, Ala and Ruta’s Naughty Seagull, Bence and Imre’s Flopping Fish 🐠 , Simmi’s Angry Bear 🐻 , Amanda’s Crazy Horse 🐴 , Priscilla’s Scary Dog 🐶 , Amir and Ameen’s Angry Cat 🐱 , Arshyian and Injeela’s Jumpy Monkey 🐵 , Meerab’s Angry Elephant 🐘 , Marvellous’s Funny Wolf 🐺  and Iona’s Delicious Donkey! Wednesday! 23 September 2020 Thank you to the 12 families in Ruchill and Milton who joined us for our final Wednesday session of the month! We kicked things off with our favourite warm ups, where we got covered in chocolate ice cream, mud, cornflakes and ice lollies in MUCKY BREW then washed it all off with the WASHING SONG. 🧙‍♀️🥤☠️ Then something very exciting happened - we dressed up as witches for WITCHES FINGERS! Amanda, Glory, Esther, Muiz, Muizameel, Muqseen and Murshidat were all witches drinking witchy bottles of… orange juice, apple juice, coke, water, paint and paper! But then, we all drank a bottle of poison! Oh no! 🍵🥕🕷️ Witches Iona and Sanjay then let everyone try their yummy witchy soup. We had the biggest Saturday session EVER this week, with 27 families and 81 participants! And what a brilliant session it was - featuring funny bunnies and grumpy squirrels, a spooky wood, Mr. Wolf and a magic seed! Warming up 🐠🐶We started off with our brand new WARM UP, which is filled with animals inspired by you! 🎵 Can you Flip? Like the Fortunate Fish? Who is making a wish To Dance like the Dizzy Dog?🎶 A game of Spooky Funky Chicken! 🐔 🦁 🐿️ We then delved deep into a spooky wood where we came up with all kinds of animals for a game of FUNKY CHICKEN! Wednesday! 9 September 2020 We had a lovely, relaxed and cheery session on Wednesday with four brilliant families. There was some fantastic dressing up - Noor with funky sunglasses, Ryan with a towel on his head and Gabby wearing a pillow as a hat! We also had an absolutely marvellous adventure with the Magic Ball, including... 🥪 landing inside a lunchbox, squished against an enormous sandwich! 🍫 eating some chocolate that made us grow into giants and bursting out… into a computer! 💻 meeting a computer man who’d been living inside the computer for years - thankfully Emmanuel knew how to talk to him in Computer Language, and found out we needed to escape quickly! 🏎️ we escaped by playing a computer game, driving around in colourful cars... ⛲...until Gabby found a chocolate slide and we slid down it into a chocolate fountain!
