Jack’s Magic Map showed us that in fact Emma, Jared & Levi knew the path already and so they took the lead and guided us all from Castlemilk Community Centre to the woods at the heart of Castlemilk Park where we met our new friend, Stuart! It was a lovely afternoon and we merrily walked using Jack’s Magic Map to guide us into the heart of Castlemilk Park. With Jared’s help we were able to find Park Ranger Stuart! Wednesday 20th April We are the pirates BOLD! We don’t give a monkeys if it’s COLD! We don’t care if the world is BIG! We don’t give a monkeys & we don’t give a FIG! WE ARE PIRATES! Our motley crew were puzzled when Pirate Andre started to run around screaming with excitement followed by Captain Taz screaming even louder with excitement…  ‘You found it! Wednesday 30th March Licketyspit & our Castlemilk pals got together once again at Castlemilk Community Centre on the last Wednesday before the Easter holidays. We sat around the table tucking into our beautiful food and we welcomed a new family Yang, Li, Celine & Lewis who joined in with lovely smiles, ready for some Porridge & Play! ‘I am a witch! HAHAHAHA!’ The witchy cackles could be heard all over Castlemilk! Anita was a very cheery witch & Catherine the Witch tickled Taz to the ground when she got her!! METHOD: -Walk about your community and get to your nearest Community Centre. -Say hi to everyone and find the Porridge & Play room - Enjoy a lovely bowl of soup & bread, fresh fruit and juice while you have a catch up with your friends - Make a nice BIG CIRCLE so you can see everyone and everyone can see you! - Warm up your body, voice and brain with Big As A Bear - Have a round of Funky Chicken - Dress up in old clothes to create a fabulous character like, for example, a Crazy Chef - Sit in your Big Circle in front of the biggest imaginary mixing bowl you’ve ever encountered and get all the Chefs to add in any ingredients that takes their fancy! - Mix it all up, transfer to the big cake tin and bake in the oven!
